DP World, a global leader in logistics and port operations, is seeking reliable and experienced Drivers to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and personnel safely and efficiently within the port area and to designated locations.
Job Responsibilities:- Operate company vehicles (trucks, vans, or other assigned vehicles) in a safe and professional manner
- Transport goods, equipment, and personnel between port terminals and designated locations
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and port regulations
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or incidents immediately
- Assist with loading and unloading goods when required
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance
Qualifications:
- Valid UAE driving license (heavy vehicle license preferred for certain positions)
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to read maps and follow GPS navigation
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Physically fit to handle loading/unloading tasks
