Job Requirements
- Must hold a valid UAE Light Vehicle (Manual or Automatic) driving license for a minimum of 3 to 5 years with a completely clean traffic record and zero black points.
- Ability to pass the rigorous Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) Instructor Training Course, including comprehensive theoretical exams and practical dual-control driving tests.
- Exceptional physical reflexes and the psychological patience required to manage panicked beginners in heavy, high-speed traffic situations.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; active fluency in Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, or Tagalog is highly preferred to effectively instruct a diverse expat student base.
- Conduct mandatory practical driving lessons for assigned students, strictly adhering to the official RTA curriculum and road safety guidelines.
- Maintain absolute control of the training vehicle using the dual-control brake and clutch pedals to prevent collisions and ensure student safety.
- Accurately evaluate student progress, log required training hours into the digital RTA system, and authorize students who are ready for their final yard and road assessments.
- Perform daily pre-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any mechanical issues, worn tires, or dual-control malfunctions directly to the fleet maintenance garage.
- Competitive fixed basic salary (4,000 - 6,000 AED) supplemented by highly lucrative overtime pay based on the volume of daily classes conducted.
- Full sponsorship for the RTA Instructor Permit process and mandatory official medical clearances.
