Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and information across our supply chain. The successful candidate will manage warehouse operations, oversee logistics activities, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, all while supporting operational efficiency and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Job Description Warehouse Operations- Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including inventory movements and documentation.
- Ensure accurate GRN (Goods Receipt Note) tracking and recording of inventory transactions.
- Process NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) and facilitate the return of items in coordination with procurement.
- Organize and monitor transfer orders with proper documentation and timely goods movement.
- Oversee labeling, tagging, and proper storage of items within designated warehouse areas.
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and cleanliness standards in the warehouse.
- Address inventory-related inquiries from internal teams.
- Plan outbound shipments to meet lead times, sales targets, and project deadlines.
- Process shipping documents and customs clearance using SAP and Dubai Trade portals.
- Monitor cargo movement, address delays, and coordinate with forwarders for optimized clearance.
- Analyze Harmonized System (HS) codes for compliance during inbound and outbound shipments.
- Ensure timely Goods Issue (PGI) processing for invoicing and track customs documents with agents.
- Manage Saber registrations, Technical Regulatory Authority (TDRA) permits, and other local regulatory requirements for outbound shipments.
- Provide logistics support for timely project deliveries and handle additional documentation for destination clearances.
- 5 year of experience in warehouse and logistics coordination or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, shipping, and customs clearance processes.
- Proficiency in SAP, Dubai Trade, and Saber portals.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance requirements.
