We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, handling logistics documentation, tracking cargo movements, and ensuring smooth day-to-day freight operations.

• Coordinate air, sea, and land freight shipments
• Communicate with clients, agents, transporters, and shipping lines
• Prepare and manage shipping documents and operational records
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers
  
  Coordinate customs clearance and delivery processes
• Ensure shipments are handled efficiently and on schedule
• Resolve operational issues and shipment delays when required
• Maintain accurate operational and customer records

• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations preferred
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics systems is an advantage
• Fluency in English required
