Position Overview
Delivery Rider
LocationDubai, UAE
Monthly Potential4,000 AED (Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Commissions)
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver food, groceries, or parcels to customers within assigned geographical zones. Ensure all items are delivered safely, accurately, and on time. Navigate efficiently using GPS and map applications. Maintain the delivery vehicle bike in good condition and report any maintenance needs. Provide high-quality customer service during drop-offs and handle cash or digital payments where required.
Mandatory Requirements- Valid motorbike/driving license from home country.
- Minimum 5 years of driving experience in home country.
- Basic proficiency in English (speaking and reading) to interact with customers and use delivery apps.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Full UAE employment visa provision.
- Comprehensive training on UAE road safety, RTA regulations, and delivery app operations.
- Company-provided motorbike, SIM card, and safety gear (helmet, jacket).
- Competitive structure enabling riders to exceed 4,000 AED per month through high order volume and commissions.
- Health insurance and annual leave as per UAE Labor Law.
