• Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules for company materials and documents.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely movement of supplies.
• Communicate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments regarding deliveries.
• Track shipments and maintain accurate logistics records and documentation.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of office materials and supplies.
• Prepare logistics reports and update operational databases regularly.
• Resolve transportation delays and logistics-related issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Support management with logistics planning and operational coordination.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics and inventory management procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software.
