Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers or goods to specified locations while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and functionality, reporting any issues immediately
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo, ensuring items are secured and protected during transport
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in defensive driving preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, demonstrating reliability and adherence to safety standards
- Minimum of two years of professional driving experience in a similar role, showcasing familiarity with local routes
- Experience with transportation logistics or delivery services, providing insights into efficient route planning
