Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize rider schedules, ensuring timely deliveries and efficient route planning to minimize delays.
- Monitor rider performance metrics such as delivery times and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching.
- Handle rider inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints that arise during deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to allocate riders to incoming orders, considering rider availability and location.
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrates 2+ years of experience in a delivery or logistics-related role.
- Exhibits strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Displays excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with riders and customers effectively.
