Supply Chain Coordinator

We’re partnered with a fast-growing US brand expanding rapidly across e-commerce and major international retail markets.

They’re now hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator to support their global logistics operations from Dubai (hybrid working).

This isn’t just a shipment-tracking role.

You’ll be coordinating international freight movements, managing logistics partners, and maintaining full visibility across shipments moving from Asia to key markets including the US, Canada and the UK.

They’re looking for someone who understands how global logistics actually works — not just someone updating tracking numbers.

• 3–4+ years experience in supply chain or logistics coordination
• Hands‑on experience managing international shipments
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes
• Strong organisation and reporting skills
• Experience coordinating air and sea freight bookings
• Experience shipping to US, Canada or UK markets is a strong advantage

Candidates who are immediately available or on shorter notice periods would be preferable.

• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Someone comfortable working with freight forwarders and logistics partners
• Ability to track shipments and identify delays before they become problems
• Someone who enjoys working within a fast‑paced international supply chain environment

• Coordination of international shipments from Asia to global markets
• Air and sea freight bookings
• Management of shipping documentation including commercial invoices and packing lists
• Visibility across goods in transit, under clearance and delivered
• Close collaboration with production teams and demand planners
