Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor for our main contracting company in Dubai.

• Strong background in building construction (not other industries)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role in Dubai
• Degree or Diploma in a related field

• Plan, manage, and monitor all logistics operations for construction sites
• Coordinate material deliveries, supplier schedules, and vehicle movements
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of materials
• Maintain material tracking in/out records and update site teams daily
• Handle documentation for deliveries, returns, and material transfers
• Manage manpower movement and site access
• Manage vehicle entry permits, gate passes, and delivery documentation
• Plan and control the movement of equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and boom loaders
• Monitor fuel usage and machinery hours and report daily to site management
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with company HSE guidelines
• Prepare and maintain logistics reports for management

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in construction logistics
• Mandatory experience in high‑rise building projects
• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Civil Engineering
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and site operations
• Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and safety standards
• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
