Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our logistics team as either a Senior Logistics Executive or Logistics Assistant depending on experience. The selected candidate will support and manage day-to-day logistics operations, including local customs clearance and coordination through the Dubai Trade Portal. The role requires a strong understanding of supply chain processes, UAE customs regulations, and the ability to handle both operational and coordination responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate, monitor, and track incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Manage and execute local customs clearance procedures in compliance with UAE regulations.
- Prepare, review, and process documentation via the Dubai Trade Portal (including Bill of Entry, Delivery Orders, and Duty payments).
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and port authorities.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, customs documentation, and inventory.
- Plan and support delivery schedules and logistics operations.
- Drive company vehicle for delivery, documentation handling, or site visits when required.
- Support warehouse operations including loading, unloading, and stock verification.
- For senior-level candidates: oversee logistics processes, identify improvements, and support team coordination.
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is an advantage.
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of UAE customs clearance procedures and required documentation.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with the Dubai Trade Portal.
- Valid UAE driving license (light vehicle).
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics-related systems.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Note:
The designation (Senior Logistics Executive or Logistics Assistant) will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and expertise.
