• Coordinate land freight shipments from origin to destination ensuring on‑time delivery and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with carriers, shippers, and internal teams to optimize routes, reduce costs, and manage schedules.
• Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to stakeholders and resolving issues promptly.
• Prepare and process necessary shipping documentation including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and related documentation.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and suppliers and maintain strong relationships with service providers.
• Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.

• Proven 2 to 3 years experience in land freight coordination, logistics, or a related field. UAE experience is a must.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations, documentation, and freight management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good command of logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
