Job Overview
We are hiring Fuel Pilots responsible for fuel delivery operations. This is a performance-based role ideal for candidates comfortable with field work and daily targets.
Compensation StructureNo fixed salary. Minimum Order Level:
- MOL AED 1,550
- B2C Orders Baseline: 30 orders per day. AED 4 per completed order.
- B2B Deliveries: AED 0, 10 per litre, 500 litres baseline. Not fixed.
Compensation is purely per delivery, order-based.
Eligibility Criteria- Valid UAE manual driving license.
- Minimum 1-year-old driving license mandatory.
- Fresh license holders may be considered if criteria are met.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- 10 + 1 hours per day.
- 1 day weekly off.
- Visa.
- SIM card.
- Vehicle (during working hours).
- Fuel & Salik (during working hours).
Note:
No fixed salary structure.
