We are currently hiring a Bike Rider for delivery operations under a Bike Rider project across Dubai. The role involves ensuring timely, safe and efficient food and grocery deliveries while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver food and grocery orders to customers across Dubai
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of assigned orders
- Maintain proper communication with customers and supervisors
- Follow all traffic rules and company guidelines
- Age 19 to 50 years
- Valid Indian two‑wheeler driving license issued in home country (mandatory)
- Basic communication skills
- Physically fit and able to handle delivery tasks
10 hours per day
Salary & Benefits- Basic Salary: AED 3,000 per month
- Delivery Incentive: AED 2.5 per parcel
- Commission starts from the first delivery
- Minimum Delivery Target: 20 deliveries per day
- Company‑provided accommodation
- Food provided only during the first 2 months
- UAE bike license sponsorship available for all selected candidates
Candidates who do not have a UAE bike license will receive company‑sponsored support for obtaining one. The licence cost will be borne by the company and will not be deducted from salary.
Estimated license processing period: 25 days.
During this period, candidates will deliver by bicycle.
Trained riders will receive a salary of AED 3,000 per month during the training period (until they obtain their bike licence).
Food will be provided by the company until the UAE bike licence is obtained.
Upon receiving the UAE driving licence and beginning independent delivery operations, candidates will become eligible for delivery incentives.
Food expenses will be the employee's responsibility after obtaining the UAE bike licence.
Visa Processing & Security Deposit- A refundable security deposit of AED 1,050 is required for visa application processing.
- The deposit will be refunded after successful completion of the 3‑month probation period.
