• Proven VIP cabin crew experience, ideally within private aviation, business jet operations, or First Class (experience with BBJ or similar VIP configurations is highly regarded).
• A valid Cabin Crew Attestation or Certificate (EASA, FAA, or equivalent accepted).
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a valued asset).
• Impeccable grooming, outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Flexibility to work on standby, adapt to changing schedules, and travel internationally as required.
• A clean background, with the ability to obtain all necessary security clearances.
