Job Requirements

• Must legally hold an active UAE RTA Category 6 (Heavy Passenger Bus) driving license with a verifiable, 100% clean traffic history and zero black points on the unified traffic file.
• Successful completion of the specialized RTA School Bus Driver Permit training, including passing strict medical fitness evaluations and clearing local CID background checks.
• Demonstrated ability to perform daily rigorous physical vehicle inspections, check engine vitals, and fluently communicate in basic English and Arabic with dispatch teams.

• Safely operate heavy 40-seater passenger buses across designated municipal routes during pre-dawn and afternoon shifts, strictly adhering to all UAE federal traffic speed limits.
• Execute non-negotiable safety protocols, including the mandatory physical aisle sweep and activation of the 'Sleep Check Button' to ensure zero children are left onboard.
• Maintain absolute vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical faults, tire wear, or AC compressor failures immediately to the central maintenance yard using the digital fleet logbook.
