Logistics Coordinator

Logistics Coordinator () – UAE, Dubai. Salary: 6,000 – 8,000 AED. On-site.

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator with experience in the automobile manufacturing industry and strong exposure to JAFZA free zone operations. The role will be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring smooth material flow and complying with JAFZA and UAE customs regulations.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for automobile manufacturing operations
• Manage import/export shipments through JAFZA, including documentation and customs clearance
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, shipping lines, and customs agents
• Ensure timely movement of raw materials, components, and finished goods to support production schedules
• Prepare and verify shipping documents:
  Invoice, Packing List, BOE, COO, Delivery Orders, etc.
• Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with warehouse and production teams
• Ensure compliance with JAFZA regulations, UAE customs laws, and company policies
• Track shipments and resolve delays, shortages, or logistics issues proactively
• Maintain accurate logistics records, reports, and MIS
• Support cost optimization initiatives related to transportation and logistics

• 3–7 years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator in the automobile manufacturing / auto ancillary industry
• Mandatory experience handling JAFZA free zone logistics operations
• Hands‑on experience with import/export documentation and customs clearance
• Strong coordination skills with internal teams and external service providers
• Good knowledge of UAE logistics practices and regulations
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic ERP systems
