Operations Coordinator

Udrive is looking for an Operations Coordinator to manage daily coordination between drivers and the Operations team
. The role ensures smooth vehicle movement, timely execution of operational tasks, and effective communication across teams.

• Coordinate daily tasks between drivers and the Operations team
• Assign and track driver duties such as vehicle deliveries, pickups, and transfers
• Monitor task completion, timelines, and real-time updates
• Act as the first point of contact for drivers for operational instructions and support
• Escalate delays, breakdowns, or operational issues promptly
• Maintain daily logs, trackers, and movement reports
• Ensure drivers follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in driver coordination, fleet, logistics, or operations
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of fleet or logistics operations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational tracking tools
• UAE driving license is an added advantage
