Key Responsibilities
* Manage and control air traffic within designated airspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
* Issue clear and concise instructions and clearances to aircraft for takeoff, landing, and ground movements.
* Monitor radar displays and maintain continuous communication with pilots, ground staff, and other air traffic control units.
* Provide essential real-time information, including weather conditions, runway status, and traffic advisories.
* Effectively respond to emergency situations, coordinating with relevant rescue and emergency services.
* Maintain accurate logs and records, ensuring strict adherence to all national and international aviation regulations and protocols.## Requirements
* Valid and current Air Traffic Controller license/certification relevant to tower operations.
* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Air Traffic Controller, with significant experience in a tower environment.
* Exceptional decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills, vital for high-pressure situations.
* Demonstrated high level of situational awareness and the ability to perform under intense pressure.
* Fluency in English (ICAO Level 4 or higher) is mandatory for effective communication.
