Role Requirements- Minimum 7000 hrs total flying time (excluding P3, rotary and single/multi‑engine piston aircraft)
- For A380, you must currently be flying as an Airbus FBW Wide Body Captain and have a minimum of 3000 hours PIC on Airbus FBW Wide Body
- For A350, you must have a minimum of 3000 hours PIC on any Airbus FBW (A320/A330/A340/A350/A380). You must currently be flying on Airbus FBW as a Captain.
- Minimum 150 hrs in past 12 months on type
- A valid ICAO ATPL with a matching Authority Class 1 Medical
- ICAO English level 5 or above

Basic Salary & Flying Pay- AED 40,100 (~USD 10,926) basic salary
- AED 47,750 (~USD 13,000) based on average 85 hrs/ month
- AED 798 (~USD 217) for each block hour above monthly target
Company provided accommodation with utilities.
Education Allowance- Primary: AED 52,250 (~USD 14,225)
- Secondary: AED 79,750 (~USD 21,712)
- Provided for families with up to 3 children aged 4‑19 (all numbers are per year/per child and are subject to benefits policy)
