About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Process Optimization and Standard Implementation - Analyze the operation processes of each delivery segment (Collection, In Transit, Handover, Successful Delivery), formulate standardized operational norms and promote their implementation, optimize route planning and resource scheduling, enhance delivery efficiency and punctuality rate, and reduce operational costs.
- Fleet Management and Resource Coordination - Coordinate Carriers and self-operated fleet resources, formulate dispatch plans, monitor fleet usage, optimize personnel and vehicle configuration; engage in resource Bidding, introduction, and replacement, ensure fleet reserve during peak seasons, and improve resource utilization rate and cost-effectiveness.
- Exception Handling - Real-time monitor delivery timeliness, on-time delivery rate, damage rate, etc., to establish a risk warning mechanism; promptly handle order anomalies, customer complaints, and emergency situations, formulate emergency plans to ensure delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
- Carrier Management & Training - Establish a carrier evaluation system, conduct regular inspections and assessments of operational quality, promote rectification and improvement; organize business training, convey operational norms and safety standards, enhance the service capability and compliance of carriers.
- Data-Driven & Cross-Department Collaboration - Analyze delivery data, identify efficiency and cost improvement points, output analysis reports and promote process improvements; collaborate with business, technology, customer service and departments, to collaboratively solve operational issues, ensuring the successful implementation of projects and the achievement of business objectives.
- Experience:
3–5+ years of experience in logistics operations, last-mile delivery, or supply chain management (E-commerce or Express delivery experience is highly preferred). - Skills:
Strong understanding of logistics KPI tracking, route optimization tools, and carrier management frameworks. - Capabilities:
Proven ability to manage large-scale vendor networks and handle high-pressure peak seasons. - Attributes:
Excellent problem-solving abilities, data analytical skills, and a strong track record of cross-functional team leadership.
