We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to coordinate and support day-to-day logistics and shipment operations across our Dubai branches. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently with clients and vendors, and takes pride in operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate day-to-day logistics and shipment operations across Dubai branches.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and carriers to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Monitor and track shipments, preparing operational reports and status updates.
- Handle documentation including bills of lading, delivery orders, and customs clearance papers.
- Support branch management in achieving operational targets and service excellence.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and operational activities.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or operations.
- Strong knowledge of UAE logistics and customs procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skill.
