Heavy Truck Driver UAE Driver

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Operation Operate heavy trucks safely and efficiently in compliance with UAE traffic laws and company regulations. Transport goods and materials to assigned destinations within specified time frames. Perform vehicle start-up, route checks and ensure adherence to trip schedules.
• Vehicle Maintenance and Inspection Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips checking tires, brakes, lights, oil, water, etc. Report any mechanical issues or damage to the fleet supervisor immediately. Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, well‑maintained and roadworthy at all times. Coordinate with the maintenance team for regular servicing and repairs.
• Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate trip logs, delivery records, mileage reports and fuel usage. Ensure all delivery notes, invoices and documents are signed and returned as required. Comply with company policies regarding documentation and record keeping.
• Safety and Compliance Follow all safety regulations and company policies related to driving, loading and unloading. Secure cargo properly to prevent shifting or damage during transit. Adhere to designated speed limits and maintain safe driving behavior at all times. Report any accidents, incidents or traffic violations promptly.
• Route and Delivery Management Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries. Coordinate with dispatchers, warehouse and logistics staff for delivery schedules. Communicate effectively in case of delays, route changes or emergencies.
• Customer Service Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients or delivery site personnel. Handle goods carefully to ensure safe and accurate delivery.

• Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driver’s License
• Minimum 5 years of experience driving heavy trucks in the UAE
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations
• Ability to handle long‑distance routes and delivery schedules
• Physically fit and responsible
