- Plan and coordinate vehicle deliveries, transfers and pickups.
- Monitor vehicle movements between yards, dealerships and customers.
- Optimize transportation schedules to reduce delays and costs.
- Coordinate with transport companies, drivers and agents.
- Track vehicle locations and status using logistics systems.
- Supervise logistics coordinators, drivers, yard staff and support personnel.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
- Train employees on logistics procedures and safety requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Liaise with sales, service, procurement and warehouse departments.
- Resolve transportation and delivery issues promptly.
- Coordinate vehicle inspections before dispatch and upon receipt.
- Ensure proper documentation for vehicle movements.
- Prepare logistics performance reports and KPIs.
- Track delivery timelines, transportation costs and driver utilization.

What’s Under the Hood- 2–5 years of UAE experience in automotive logistics, fleet operations or transportation management.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
- Cost Management.
