Warehouse Assistant

• Receive and process all shipments and ensure correct documentation.
• Address any discrepancies identified in the purchase order and incoming documents related to the system receiving.
• Record and track all receipts of goods and materials in the receiving tracker, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Exchange, etc.).
• Track and monitor shipments and maintain accurate records.
• Package finished products and ensure on-time packing.
• Prepare orders for dispatch and ensure timely collection.
• Ensure the proper documents for the shipment collection.
• Support loading and unloading activities in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conduct stock checks and report discrepancies.
• Support for the local production/manufacture.
• Ensure the warehouse is organized systematically to maintain cleanliness at all times.
• Arrange products in a structured manner to facilitate efficient access and retrieval.
• Regularly inspect storage areas to prevent clutter and maintain proper order.
• Designate clear pathways to allow safe and quick movement of goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse premises.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Good communication skills in English both verbal and non-verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies.
• Must be cooperative with colleagues and supervisors.
• Can work under minimal supervision.
