• Order, receive and check the shipments of goods and materials from local suppliers and inspect goods/materials received for defects or damages ensuring delivery of requested quantity, report any discrepancy/damage or short receipt to the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor
• Specific for Multimedia:
  Inspect goods received looking for defects or damages ensuring delivery of requested quantity and reporting any discrepancy to the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor
• Ensure that goods/materials are properly stored in the warehouse in compliance with stock management standards and/or any updated rules set by the Warehouse Manager
• Specific for Multimedia:
  Locate and issue stored items upon receipt of requisition to guarantee that the correct items are promptly supplied to meet operational needs
• Perform regular stock check-up under the direction of the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor in order to ensure that inventory records match physical items stored in the warehouse/storage yards
• Perform routine inspection, cleaning and minor maintenance of lifting and stacking equipment to minimize any unplanned operational interruptions and maintain a safe working environment at all times
• Ensure all operating, safety, environment and quality procedures are followed in order to ensure the highest standards of warehousing operations are achieved

• High School graduate
• 1-2 years of related work experience
• Proficiency in Ms Office
