𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Monitor and take inventory on a regular basis to prepare orders based on par levels and operational needs.
- Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports, invoices, and documents are properly filed and stored.
- Verify that all received goods match the purchase order, delivery note, and agreed quantities.
- Conduct daily checks on storage facilities to ensure proper upkeep, organization, and hygiene.
- Refuse and report any damaged, incorrect, or unacceptable items.
- Ensure cleanliness and order in all storage areas, following strict hygiene and safety regulations.
- Ensure that the quantity requested always matches the quantity issued.
Skills
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in a similar role
- Skills & Attributes: Hardworking and reliable, Able to work in a fast-paced environment and Flexible with work hours and schedule.
