IIQAF Group is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support warehouse and store operations within our Hospitality division in Dubai. The role involves receiving, storing, picking, packing, and issuing hospitality supplies
, ensuring smooth operations for hotels, restaurants, and service units.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in hospitality warehouses, hotel stores, or food & beverage supply operations
.

• Receive, inspect, and store hospitality goods, consumables, and equipment
• Pick, pack, and issue materials to hotels, kitchens, restaurants, and departments
• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock cards, and system entries
• Assist with stock counts, audits, and reconciliation
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO practices
• Support loading and unloading of deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in warehouse areas
• Coordinate with procurement, F&B, and operations teams

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate, Store Assistant, or Storekeeper
• Experience in hospitality, hotel, or F&B warehouses preferred
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures
• Ability to handle manual work and repetitive tasks
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel or inventory systems)
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

• Experience handling food items, beverages, or hotel supplies
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
• Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
