Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Warehouse Picker & Packerto support our daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate order picking, safe packing, inventory handling, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.
- Pick items accurately based on pick lists or system instructions
- Pack products securely and correctly for dispatch
- Receive Purchase Orders (POs) and verify items against documentation
- Perform system receiving and update inventory records accurately
- Load and offload stock from delivery vehicles
- Organize and arrange warehouse stock for easy access and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the warehouse
- Assist with stock counts and basic inventory control activities
- Follow warehouse safety rules and operational procedures at all times
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to use warehouse systems for receiving and stock updates
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, simple tracking)
- Ability to read and understand system-generated documents
- Physically fit and able to perform warehouse duties
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player with a positive and responsible attitude
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to communicate in English (Hindi or Urdu is an added advantage)
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus
