📢📢📢We are looking to hire an Operations Executive for our Warehouse Operations, based in Dubai.
The main job responsibilities include:- Order processing in the ERP System.
- Coordinate with Planning/LC for stock out and the credit team for credit order releases.
- Plan the supplies and communicating with freight forwarder for shipment releases.
- Monthly Invoicing / MIS reports.
- Monthly KPI reports for warehousing operations
- Support warehouse team for Inventory
- Invoicing
- Cancelling Orders
- Passing of GRN’s
- Maintaining Monthly Stock Allocation File
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
Bachelor's degree in any Field.
At least 2 years' experience in Warehouse/ Logistics/ Operations.
