Join the Ali & Sons Group as a Storekeeper, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring accurate inventory management, smooth stock handling, and operational support within a dynamic automotive environment.

• Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials and automotive parts accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain proper inventory records and ensure stock levels are updated in the system.
• Organize materials and products systematically within the warehouse or storage areas for easy accessibility.
• Monitor stock movement and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely availability of items.
• Conduct routine stock checks and assist with inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Prepare and process documentation related to receiving, issuing, and transferring inventory items.
• Coordinate with suppliers, workshop teams, and internal departments regarding stock requirements and deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the store and warehouse areas.
• Support the Warehouse Supervisor and management team with additional operational duties as assigned.

To ensure efficient inventory control, accurate stock management and smooth store operations while supporting business continuity and service excellence across the organization.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar store keeping or warehouse role.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Languages:
  
  Fluency in English is essential;
  Arabic is preferred.
• Computer
  
  Skills:
  
  Computer literate with knowledge of inventory and reporting systems.
• Equipment Knowledge:
  Familiarity with telephone handling and computer operations.
