Main Job Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory management tasks including receiving, storing, and organizing inventory items in designated locations
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities including processing incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders for delivery
• Perform stock checks and cycle counting to maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies
• Assist in coordinating stock movements within the warehouse ensuring efficient use of space and optimal product placement
• Support the returns management process by processing returned items, restocking inventory, and updating inventory records accordingly
• Operate material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and transport goods within the warehouse
• Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping tasks as needed to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse, always adhering to safety and cleanliness standards
• Assist in operational reporting activities, including data entry, compiling performance metrics, and generating reports for management review
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures and safety regulations
• Participate in colleague training and onboarding activities, sharing knowledge and best practices with new team members
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on task progress and address any issues or concerns
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement

High School/Diploma in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
