Warehouse Supervisor

Main Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily work in the warehouse, including setting schedules, sharing tasks, and making sure goals are met.
• Use advanced systems to keep track of inventory and ensure all stock movements are recorded accurately.
• Guide the team in using automated systems for picking, packing, and shipping products quickly and accurately.
• Train new staff on how to use warehouse technology and follow safety rules.
• Keep the warehouse safe and clean by following company rules.
• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to find ways to improve operations and introduce new technology.
• Resolve any issues quickly to keep operations running smoothly.
• Track important warehouse activities and share updates.
• Regularly check for safety issues and ensure the warehouse meets all safety standards.
• Help plan and conduct inventory checks and report on inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with the IT department to fix technical problems with warehouse systems and machinery quickly.
• Participate in meetings with the warehouse management team to discuss supply chain and technology plans to improve operations.

• Maintain inventory records with accuracy above 99 7.
• Ensure at least 99 5 of orders are filled correctly and on time.
• Maintain zero accidents or safety problems in the warehouse.
• Improve the speed of processing orders by 10 each year.
• Keep warehouse machines and systems operational at least 99 of the time.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction, aiming for at least 95 happy customers.

Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

At least 5 years working in warehouse operations, including 2 years in a leadership role.

Any additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are good to have.

Good at using warehouse management systems and familiar with the latest warehouse technology.

Skilled in numbers analysis and follow-up to address discrepancies and enhance operational accuracy.

Must be good in English. Knowing Arabic is a plus.
