Inventory Manager
Enrollme HR Recruiters is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Manager for a leading organization operating within the building materials trading and retail industry in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a proven background in managing inventory operations for products such as tiles, sanitary ware, and other related building materials.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory processes, maintaining accurate stock records, optimizing inventory levels, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. The role requires strong analytical capabilities and hands‑on experience with inventory systems to ensure smooth and cost‑effective inventory management.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee daily inventory control activities across warehouses and storage locations
- Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory availability to meet business requirements
- Analyze inventory trends and recommend strategies to improve stock turnover
- Reduce inventory discrepancies through regular audits and reconciliation processes
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to maintain accurate inventory records
- Generate inventory reports and provide insights for operational planning and decision‑making
- Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures
- 3–5 years of inventory management experience within the UAE building materials industry
- Experience handling products such as tiles, sanitary ware, and related construction materials
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent reporting and data management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple inventory priorities effectively
- Strong knowledge of:
- Stock control and inventory planning
- Warehouse operations and inventory optimization
- Inventory management systems and ERP software
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Related Field Preferred
