Ce qui t'attend- Traitement écrit ou oral de demandes de clients dans le cadre des accords bilatéraux
- Correspondance avec les clients et les autorités
- Diverses tâches administratives
- Langue maternelle française connaissances en allemand un atout
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques MS Office
- Personnalité engagée et flexible, capable de supporter une charge importante de travail complexe et variée, et qui maîtrise le sens de la satisfaction à la clientèle
