TERTIANUM recherche un(e) Responsable régional(e) de la formation à 80-100 % pour les sites de Dübendorf ou Berne, avec mobilité requise dans les régions attribuées. Vous développez et assurez la qualité de la formation des apprentis et des étudiants en soins, et soutenez les responsables formation en entreprise.
Vous disposerez d'une solide expérience en formation professionnelle, d’un SVEB 2 ou équivalent, et d’excellentes compétences en conseil et communication.
