Mechanical Design Engineer

Patented Tom Bot technology, developed and built by a small team. We are not looking for a designer who works through tickets. We are looking for a mechanical engineer with a bachelor's degree: someone who thinks in systems and builds the wild ideas instead of filing them away. AI is a tool in daily work here, not a side project.

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or an equivalent background
• You are a strong engineer: concept, CAD, prototype, assembly. You take it through
• Solid Works is solid. Sheet metal and tube design are everyday work
• You use AI tools as a matter of course, for design, documentation and analysis. You go and get new ways of working
• You would rather decide than maintain a process
• English for the daily work

  DEXPERIENCE. Not required
• FEM, kinematics, mechatronic assemblies
• Startup or SME experience where you actually got to decide

• Rethink and build the Tom Bot mechanics, including the ideas nobody has signed off yet
• Take the technical decisions and own them
• Work directly with suppliers and assembly, no silo

• Room to work, without a specification going back and forth
• Short paths, a real product, a visible effect
• A young team, fair pay, training on our own machines during working hours
