Verantwortung
- Du betreust den 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für interne User und Kunden
- Du analysierst Störungen, findest nachhaltige Lösungen und arbeitest im Umfeld von Windows Client/Server sowie Microsoft 365
- Du unterstützt bei Hardware, Microsoft Office, Telefonie und übernimmst das Lifecycle-Management von Endgeräten
- Zudem überwachst du Systemprozesse und automatisierte Jobs und stehst bei Fragen zu Web-Anwendungen kompetent zur Seite
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker EFZ oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung im IT-Support oder Helpdesk mit
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows, Microsoft Office und Hardware-Support sowie ein Grundverständnis für Netzwerke und Cloud-Services
- Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
