What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and implement the regional sales strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
  • Manage profitability and growth of products, services, and solutions in the Americas
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior-level customers and develop strategies for key accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-border sales teams to enhance resource sharing and knowledge exchange
  • Monitor sales performance against key metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • University degree in a technical, business management, or product-related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant sales management or marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years in people management
  • Experience in a matrix sales organization with change management capabilities
  • Strong understanding of local markets and market drivers
  • Fluent in business English with high-level intercultural acumen
