- Effectively collaborate with the creative director, art directors, copywriters and other brand stakeholders to develop strategic creative solutions for the brands
- Familiarity with working from creative briefs to ensure clarity and meaning before execution
- Conceptualize and design digital site assets, email assets, promotional campaigns, print collateral and in-store marketing materials, photography, logos, and other retail initiatives
- Create and evolve brand guidelines, design templates, etc.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, discussions, and reviews
- Work with digital production artists to assist in high quality execution of projects
- Help cultivate a fun work environment through positive attitude and teamwork
- Assist with other special projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Design, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years’ experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and ability to deliver unique, strategic creative solutions
- Excellent design skills with expert knowledge of layout, color, typography, and messaging hierarchies
- Experienced in digital and print design, from concept through final production
- Photo art direction and conceptualization skills a plus
- Experience with photoshoot production, editing of selects, and managing image retouching a plus
- High level of initiative (ability to pro-actively access and seek solutions) and ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, along with keen attention to detail
- Ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well
- Flexible and able to adapt to the changing needs of the business
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently
- Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, and Figma

Work Environment- Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
- Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
- Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, in a hybrid work schedule from our Dublin, California office.
