Service Department Receptionist / Customer Experience Representative

Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour

Volvo Cars Dublin is looking for a
friendly, professional, and dependable Service Department Receptionist / Customer Experience Representative
to join our growing team.

This is an important customer-facing position and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced team.

You will be one of the first people our Service Department customers interact with, so
personality, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help people are extremely important.

• Greet and welcome customers arriving at the Service Department
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department or Service Advisor
• Assist customers with general questions and service needs
• Direct customers to their Service Advisor and assist with the check-in process
• Help manage customer flow during busy service hours
• Assist with scheduling and appointment-related tasks
• Contact customers when their vehicles are ready for pickup
• Assist Service Advisors with administrative and customer-service responsibilities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Communicate professionally with customers, Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts, and Management
• Help ensure every customer receives a positive experience from arrival through vehicle pickup

Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
