Field Support Engineer II - Travel Position

• Hourly pay range of $32.00 - $40.00

• Provide mobile service delivery by diagnosing and repairing products across multiple service territories
• Manage customer visits and assess financial impacts on practices and patient well‑being
• Document field service reports daily according to standard procedures
• Maintain spare parts inventory and manage travel expenses in accordance with company policies
• Train customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment at various locations

• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in Electronics, Fine Mechanics, Optics, or Medical Field Service
• BS in Electronics, Engineering, or Computer Technology preferred
• Proven ability to work effectively while traveling 100% of the time
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote collaboration
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with mobile technology and remote access systems

• A+ and Net+ certification preferred
• Ability to think critically through customer issues to achieve satisfactory results
• Experience with advanced project and time management skills for coordinating multiple territories
• Valid passport required for international travel
• Proven adaptability to various environments and working conditions
