Behavioral Interventionist​/ABA​/RBT

• Pay: $22 - $27/HR (dependent on education and experience in the field or related industry).
• Schedule:
  
  Part Time (with the potential to reach Full Time), weekdays 3:00pm - 6:00 pm.

As a Behavior Interventionist at Building Connections Behavioral Health, you’ll provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to children and teens (ages 0-21) in homes, schools, and community settings. You’ll help build independence, teach essential life skills, and support families every step of the way.

• Provide individualized ABA therapy at home, in schools, or in the community.

• Preferred: RBT certification & experience with children on the autism spectrum (willingness to get RBT within 90 days).
• Required:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor's in a related field.
• Passion for helping children succeed and grow.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Required immunizations including MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella), Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis), Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hep B, and TB clearance (within 4 years).
