Blue Sprighas a BCBA job opening in Dublin,California Severe Behavior Center . As our Board Certified Behavior Analyst,you’lllead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families andcliniciansto deliver tailored ABA therapy.

This specialized setting is built for clinicians who want to make a meaningful impact while working with increased staff-to-client ratios, advanced safety protocols, and strong clinical collaboration.

Total Annual Compensation:
Up to$114,000

• Base Salary:$85,000 – $96,000

• Annual Individual Bonus:$7,000 – $18,000 (paid monthly)

• Sign On Bonus: $5,000–$20,000
  (depending on start date and location)
