• Hold steam accountable for quality, consistency, and upkeep of sanitization standards as set forth by company and state regulations
• Practices an ownership mentality with an emphasis in motivation and teamwork
• Maintains highest levels of quality & presentation
• Accurately portions all orders to ensure low food cost

• Ensures areas are free from hazards that would potentially injure staff or guests
• Addresses and immediately corrects any practices that lower safety standards

• Kitchen experience preferred, but not required
• Ability and willingness to eventually learn all stations on the line
• Understands and can operate the POS system
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

• Basic Mathematics

• Ability to solve practical problems dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
