We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that solve real-world problems at scale and deliver direct impact for our customers. You will work with machine learning models, algorithms, large language models (LLMs), and AI applications while optimizing performance for production environments.

This role requires expertise in AI/ML modeling, including knowledge of various model types, layer architectures, and training strategies. You should have experience with cloud platforms and be comfortable following software engineering best practices. You will work directly with customers to understand their requirements while collaborating closely with our Customer Success team. You will also engage cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Applied Research teams to develop and deploy the best AI solutions.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for production environments.
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize deep learning models and interface with LLM-based solutions.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and transform them into actionable tasks to develop functionality within our products.
• Build algorithms and ML models to analyze diverse structured and unstructured data, including pattern recognition, anomaly detection, forecasting, and computer vision.
• Collaborate with software engineers and the product team to integrate AI capabilities into our applications.
• Develop APIs and microservices to serve AI models in production.
• Stay current with the latest AI models, research, and best practices.
• Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and security compliance.

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch.
• Ability to contribute effectively to production-level codebases.
• Experience with deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and/or reinforcement learning.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure for AI model deployment.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Tensor Board and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience with multi-cloud AI deployments.
• Knowledge of generative AI and autonomous AI agents.
• Experience with ML modeling for multi-dimensional, large time-series datasets.
