About The Job

We’re excited to offer the role of Sr. Delivery Manager in our Digital Engineering team. The position will lead multiple cross‑functional squads to deliver innovative software features for our fast‑paced e‑commerce platform. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and a focus on squad KPIs are essential for driving results that enhance the user experience and support business growth.

What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities
  • Lead and support multiple cross‑functional Agile squads, including developers, testers, designers, and product managers.
  • Ensure squads are organized, focused, and deliver high‑impact software features aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with other squads and stakeholders to manage dependencies, resources, and timelines.
  • Foster a collaborative and high‑performing culture within the squads.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies:
    Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Remove impediments that may hinder squad progress, ensuring continuous delivery.
  • Coach team members on Agile practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure teams remain focused on delivering value in each sprint, aligning with business goals and priorities.
  • Act as the primary liaison between squads and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency in progress, challenges, and risks.
  • Identify, track, and manage risks or blockers that may affect delivery timelines or product quality.
  • Proactively mitigate risks by developing contingency plans and providing solutions to unforeseen challenges.
What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Agile Project Manager, preferably within an e‑commerce or software development environment.
  • Proven experience leading multiple cross‐functional teams (engineering, QA, UX/UI, product).
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and Lean practices.
  • Ability to drive teams toward successful sprint deliveries based on KPIs and business objectives.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Expertise in managing squad performance metrics (velocity, burn‑down charts, cycle time) to optimize delivery and quality.
  • Proven experience in backlog management, prioritization, and aligning development work with strategic business goals.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management tools (Jira, Trello, Rally).
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to act as an influencer to remove obstacles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the e‑commerce domain, especially in managing large‑scale, customer‑facing software features.
  • Understanding of key e‑commerce metrics (conversion rates, customer experience, transaction volumes) and how development teams can impact them.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, personalization, and other customer‑centric development practices in an e‑commerce environment.
Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods.
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily.
  • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Must utilize visual acuity, speech, and hearing, hand and eye coordination, and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment.
  • Hours regularly 40 hours per week, in a hybrid work environment from our Dublin, California office.
