• Maintain and administer computer software systems on assigned projects for varying clients.
• Remotely administer computer systems to support client business activities, ensuring continued and efficient function.
• Migration of data from old systems to new systems.
• Perform upgrades and security maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise.
• Document developed systems such that they can be understood by others.
• Utilize tools such as Exchange Management Tool, Active Directory, VMware, CA Backup, HPSM.
