Overview

Hanna Interpreting Services LLC is a language service provider that connects bilingual and multilingual individuals with freelance interpreter opportunities. Our mission is to bridge communication gaps with compassionate language services.

As a freelance interpreter in a 1099 Independent Contractor role, you will set your availability and accept appointments based on your schedule. Appointments are available Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm, though not guaranteed and offered based on need.

• Fluency in English and a target language with comprehensive idiomatic and cultural understanding.
• Previous medical, legal, or educational interpreting experience preferred.
• Professional, punctual, and adaptable in the workplace.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Basic communication operation skill.
• Flexibility to work in various settings and adapt to work environments.
• Located in and authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• High School Diploma or equivalent, or certification in interpreting or related fields.

Interpreters start at $25–$35 per hour, depending on availability, experience, and demand for the language.
