Project Manager – Heavy Civil Construction

We are recruiting for an exciting Project Manager / Senior Project Manager opportunity with a leading California heavy civil contractor specializing in asphalt, grading, and paving projects for the Bay Area and Sacramento. They’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects.

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred) or equivalent experience
• 5+ years managing heavy civil/highway projects
• Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Proven ability in cost control, field coordination & quality management

• Lead full-cycle project management from preconstruction to closeout
• Oversee subcontractors and in-house crews to deliver on-time, on-budget projects
• Manage budgets, schedules, billings, and client relationships
• Ensure compliance with safety

  , and environmental standards
• Drive collaboration between field and office for seamless execution

• Base Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 DOE
